Catholics are baptized after birth while many Christians can be baptized at any time after you have attained a belief and faith in Christ. Christians believe that through baptism, you die with Jesus and are reborn, or resurrected. The Holy Bible is believed by all Christians to be a collection of books teaching canon and dogma.
It is believed to have been written by human authors who were inspired by the Holy Spirit, part of the Trinity and is a series of lessons and teachings to help guide our lives and lead us toward salvation. Some Christians will also include in their readings the Gnostic gospels, books that were excluded from the bible in the fourth century.
Catholics do not follow the Gnostic gospels but instead rely on Sacred Traditions, those teachings believed handed down through centuries by the authority of the Roman Catholic Church. Different sects can have different interpretations of what is taught in the bible. Many Christian denominations follow a loose hierarchy, with each church lead by a minister and a central board or group that helps guide the churches in practical matters such as membership and various ministries.
The Anglican Church modelled itself after the Roman Catholic Church in its hierarchy, but the head of the church does not have the same authority as the pope. This is called the doctrine of Apostolic succession, which some Protestants such as Baptists and Evangelicals reject. Catholics believe Peter was the chief Apostle who was given special authority by Jesus.
And so for Catholics, the current Pope is a direct successor to Peter and shares his authority. Protestants especially Baptists and Evangelicals usually see Mary simply as a devout woman chosen to be the mother of Jesus. Whereas Catholics believe that Scripture and Tradition also teach she was a perpetual virgin, immaculately conceived, assumed into heaven, and coronated the Queen of Heaven too.
Saint with the uppercase S , is a title normally only ascribed to canonized saints that the Church have investigated and found worthy of imitation. Catholics see no difference between the Church on Earth and the Church in Heaven and so ask saints to pray for them in the same way they may ask a friend on Earth to pray for them.

Hi Romano. So I had to clarify that and get more specific so I could meaningfully describe the differences in beliefs between the two. After this dark period, the full Catholic Church entered into society. The idea of the "pope" actually existing from the beginning of the church is scripturally correct as Christ had declared Peter, the spiritual rock.
It was the Holy Spirit who instituted the church when He visited the people in the Upper room on the day of Pentecost. Acts 2. On that day the "Christian Church was born when were "filled" with the Holy Spirit and tongues of fire rested upon their heads.
They then began to "speak in tongues" as evidence of being filled with the Holy Spirit. Throughout the majority of Christian history most theologians and Christian denominations have viewed homosexual behavior as immoral or sinful.
However, in the past century some prominent theologians and Christian religious groups have espoused a wide variety of beliefs and practices towards homosexuals, including the establishment of some 'open and accepting' congregations. In Roman Catholicism, homosexual acts are contrary to natural law and sinful while homosexual desires are disordered but not necessarily sinful.
